The service

We provide heating and air conditioning repair, maintenance, and installation for homes in and around Auburn, Alabama. One truck, one owner. We do what we say we do, and we don't take on work we can't do well.

Booking and appointments

Open times shown on the booking page reflect our current availability but aren't guaranteed until you receive a confirmation. If something changes on our end, we'll reach out to reschedule. If you need to change or cancel, please call or text us as early as you can.

By checking the consent box on our website form, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from That's Automated Heating and Air about your inquiry, appointments, and service updates. Estimates and pricing

We'll tell you what the work should cost before we do it. If we find something different once we're in the system, we'll stop and explain before charging more. You decide what gets done.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of service.

Your home and access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the equipment we're working on. Let us know about pets, hazards, or anything we should be aware of before we arrive.

Warranties

Workmanship is warranted as described at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment follow the manufacturer's terms. We'll pass along any warranty paperwork that applies to your job.

Limit of liability

Our liability for any single job is limited to the amount we charged for that job. We aren't responsible for indirect or consequential damages, or for problems caused by work, equipment, or conditions we didn't work on.

Changes to terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and post the new version here. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that job.
